These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and 8mbets (hereinafter referred to as "8mbets", "the Platform", "the Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the 8mbets website located at https://8mbets.cam and all associated services, products, games, and promotional offers available thereon.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the Platform only. Multiple Accounts held by the same individual — whether identified by name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or any other identifier — constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

To access real-money features on the Platform, you must complete the account registration process. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, and to update such information promptly if it changes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 8mbets will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access arises from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

8mbets reserves the right to decline any registration application without stating a reason. Approval of registration does not constitute a waiver of eligibility requirements — the Company may conduct eligibility checks at any time during the lifetime of an Account.

In accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and responsible gambling requirements, 8mbets is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests, and may require verification at any other time at its discretion.

5.1 Required Documents

• A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID — Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence.
• Proof of address — a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the preceding three (3) months, clearly showing your name and residential address.
• A selfie photograph of you holding your identity document next to your face, with all four corners of the document clearly visible.
• Where a payment method other than standard bank transfer is used, 8mbets may request additional documentation verifying ownership of that payment method.

5.2 Verification Timeline

Standard KYC verification is completed within 24 to 48 hours of submission of complete and satisfactory documentation. 8mbets may request additional documentation if submitted materials are unclear, incomplete, or inconsistent. Withdrawals will remain on hold until verification is completed.

8mbets supports a range of payment methods designed for the convenience of Malaysian players, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank, as well as major cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC). Available payment methods are subject to change and are displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction.

6.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 (Malaysian Ringgit fifty) per transaction, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. Deposits are processed in real time for most methods and credited to your Account balance immediately upon confirmation.

6.2 Currency

All Account balances, transactions, and wagering activity are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmation. 8mbets does not guarantee a specific exchange rate and accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.

6.3 Player Funds

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or instruments that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 8mbets reserves the right to conduct additional due diligence on any deposit that it reasonably suspects does not originate from the Account holder.

Players may request withdrawals of verified real-money balances (excluding locked Bonus Funds) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will ordinarily be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the availability of that method for outgoing payments.
• 8mbets targets a processing time of 5 to 15 minutes for standard withdrawals to Malaysian bank accounts and e-wallets, though processing times may vary during periods of high volume or for enhanced due-diligence reviews.
• The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is RM50 unless otherwise specified.

8.1 Welcome Bonus

The 288% Magnificent Welcome Bonus is available to new players making their first qualifying deposit of at least RM50. The maximum bonus amount under the welcome offer is MYR 2,880. The welcome bonus is credited automatically upon qualifying deposit — no promotional code is required.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion's individual terms. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within any applicable validity period will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and associated winnings.

8.3 General Bonus Conditions

• Only one welcome bonus is available per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonuses may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• 8mbets reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including, but not limited to, creating multiple Accounts, using bonus funds solely on low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements artificially, or co-ordinating with other Players — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-derived balances.
• All bonuses are offered strictly to players aged 21 years and above.

All bets placed on the 8mbets Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. By placing a bet, you acknowledge and accept the applicable rules.

9.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not accepted until confirmed in your Account transaction history with a unique bet ID and confirmed stake amount. 8mbets reserves the right to decline or void any bet at its discretion, including where: (a) a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed; (b) the bet was placed after the relevant event has commenced or concluded; (c) the Player's Account balance was insufficient at the time of placement.

9.2 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by 8mbets in circumstances including, but not limited to: postponement or cancellation of an event; palpable errors in odds; evidence of match manipulation; force majeure events; or any other circumstance in which 8mbets, acting reasonably, considers it necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform. Void bets are settled at the original stake, which is returned to the Player's Account.

9.3 Mix Parlay

Mix Parlay bets combine multiple selections. If any individual leg of a Mix Parlay is voided, the bet is recalculated as if that leg were not included. Winnings are calculated on the basis of the remaining legs only.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8mbets Platform:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in creating an Account in violation of these Terms.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC processes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or other conduct intended to manipulate the outcome of any bet or game.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal or unlawful activity (money laundering).
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location.
• Sharing Account access with any third party, including family members.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communications towards 8mbets support staff or other users.

Breach of any prohibition in this clause entitles 8mbets to immediately suspend or permanently close your Account, forfeit any outstanding balance, and take such further legal action as it deems appropriate.

8mbets reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and for any reason, including where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, 8mbets will endeavour to notify the affected Player and provide an opportunity to respond, except where doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation or the security of the Platform.

Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Following closure, any remaining verified real-money balance (after deduction of any outstanding Bonus Funds that do not satisfy wagering requirements) will be refunded to the Player via their preferred payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8mbets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

8mbets does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 8mbets makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to the Platform or its content.

8mbets reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication at /terms-conditions. Where changes are material, 8mbets will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via in-platform notification or email to the address registered on your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue use of the Platform and contact support to arrange Account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 8mbets is incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to our internal disputes resolution process.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process within 30 days of notification, either party may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution authority. Players acknowledge that online gambling disputes may be subject to specific regulatory frameworks depending on jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 8mbets from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
